What are your opening Hours?

Our Business hours are as follows:

Tuesday: 8am-5pm

Wednesday: 8am-5pm

Thursday: 8am-5pm

Friday: 8am-5pm

How long does each service take?

The length of each service can vary depending on what service your dog is having, their size, how busy we are, the condition of your dogs coat and how well your dog is handling the grooming session. We aim to get your dog finished in a timely manner so they can be reunited with their family. 

 

As a rough guideline, the length of each service are as follows:

Full Groom: 2-3 hours small to medium dog, 3-4 hours large dogs

Wash and Tidy: 1-2.5 hours

Wash: 1-2hours

We will always contact you when your dog is ready to be picked up, either by text or call. We highly appreciate  your dog being picked up within the hour after we of us contacting you. We understand that this is not always possible and are willing to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.

If you would like to leave your dog with us for half or a full day, there is an additional day care fee of $15. Your dog will be treated to a bathroom break and walk around Riverview with one of our staff members and the other day care dogs. 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Debit cards, Visa, American Express, cash and online bank transfers.

What if I am not happy with the service my dog receives?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us ASAP by calling on 02 8964 1072 or email us at contact@thewellgroomed.com.au so we can do our best to rectify it. We greatly appreciate feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us learn and improve our work.
